Campaign Payment Refund Policy
At INRFlash, we maintain a transparent refund policy for campaign-related payments. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for completed campaigns that have not been properly credited to your account.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
1. Tracking Failures
- System Tracking Issues: If our tracking system fails to record your campaign completion
- Technical Errors: Due to server issues or system malfunctions
- Campaign Provider Issues: When the campaign partner fails to confirm completion
- Link Malfunction: If campaign links do not work properly
2. Payment Failures
- Failed UPI Transfers: When payment to your wallet fails due to system issues
- Incorrect Amount: If you receive less than the promised campaign reward
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same campaign
- Payment Reversals: When payments are reversed due to technical errors
3. Campaign Cancellation
- Partner Withdrawal: If campaign partners cancel after completion
- Policy Violations: When campaigns are found to violate our terms
- Fraudulent Campaigns: If campaigns are discovered to be fraudulent
- Technical Issues: Due to platform-wide technical problems
Non-Refundable Conditions
1. User Errors
- Incorrect Wallet Information: Wrong UPI ID or wallet number provided
- Incomplete Campaigns: Failure to complete all required steps
- Policy Violations: Breach of Terms of Service during participation
- Multiple Accounts: Using multiple accounts for the same campaign
2. Tracking Issues
- Untracked Completions: Campaigns not tracked due to user-side issues
- VPN/Proxy Usage: Using VPN or proxy services during participation
- Device Changes: Switching devices during campaign completion
- Browser Issues: Due to incompatible browsers or settings
3. Time Limitations
- 7-Day Rule: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of completion
- Expired Campaigns: Campaigns completed more than 30 days ago
- Processed Payments: Once payment has been successfully processed
- Confirmed Completions: After tracking has been confirmed
Refund Process

- Include your wallet number and transaction details
- Submit within 7 days of campaign completion
2. Investigation Process
- Initial Review: Within 24 hours of request submission
- Tracking Verification: Check campaign completion status
- Payment Analysis: Review payment processing logs
- Partner Confirmation: Verify with campaign partners if required
3. Resolution Timeline
- Simple Cases: Resolved within 48 hours
- Complex Cases: Up to 7 business days for investigation
- Partner Involvement: May take up to 14 business days
- Final Decision: Communicated via email

Full Refunds
- Complete Tracking Failures: 100% of promised campaign amount
- Payment System Errors: Full campaign reward amount
- Campaign Cancellations: Full amount plus inconvenience compensation
- Platform Errors: Complete campaign reward
Partial Refunds
- Partial Completions: Pro-rated based on completed steps
- Technical Issues: Percentage based on problem severity
- Delayed Processing: Compensation for delay inconvenience
- Partner Delays: Based on partner confirmation
Refund Methods
- UPI Transfer: Direct to your registered UPI ID
- Wallet Credit: Credit to your platform wallet
- Bank Transfer: For amounts above ₹5000
- Alternative Methods: As agreed with support team
Special Conditions
1. Tracking Disputes
- Evidence Required: Screenshots of campaign completion
- Time Stamps: Must show completion date and time
- Partner Confirmation: May require direct partner verification
- System Logs: We maintain detailed completion logs
2. Payment Disputes
- Bank Statements: May require UPI transaction history
- Payment Screenshots: Evidence of non-receipt
- Wallet Statements: Transaction history from your wallet
- Third-Party Issues: Resolution depends on payment processor
