Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using INRFlash services, including participating in campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Campaign Participation Rules
1. Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to participate
- You must be a resident of India
- You must provide valid and accurate wallet/UPI information
- You must have an active Telegram account for campaign distribution
- Each user is limited to one account per person
2. Campaign Link Usage
- Campaign links are distributed exclusively through our Telegram channel
- Each campaign link is unique and should not be shared with others
- Campaign links expire after a specified time period
- Links must be accessed from the same device used for registration
- VPN or proxy usage is strictly prohibited
3. Wallet Number Submission
- Wallet numbers must be valid and active UPI IDs
- Submitting incorrect wallet information may result in payment failure
- Wallet changes are not allowed after campaign completion
- Each wallet can only be used with one INRFlash account
- Business accounts are not eligible for participation
4. Campaign Completion Requirements
- Application Installation: Apps must be installed from official stores
- Registration: Complete registration with accurate information
- Profile Completion: Fill all required profile fields
- Minimum Deposits: Complete deposit requirements if specified
- Verification: Complete KYC or verification when required
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake information
- Using automation tools or bots to complete campaigns
- Attempting to manipulate tracking systems
- Sharing campaign details with unauthorized parties
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
Payment Terms
Payment Processing Timeline
- Standard Processing: 12 hours from campaign completion
- Instant Processing: Available for select campaigns
- Maximum Delay: 48 hours only for technical issues
- Business Hours: Payments processed 9 AM - 6 PM IST
Payment Conditions
- Payments are made only after successful campaign tracking
- Failed tracking may result in payment delays or cancellation
- Incorrect wallet information will delay payment processing
- Payments are final and non-reversible once processed
- Minimum withdrawal limits may apply to certain campaigns
Tracking and Verification
- All campaigns are tracked through our verification system
- Tracking data is retained for 2 years for verification
- Users can request tracking status through support channels
- Untracked campaigns are not eligible for payment
- Tracking disputes must be raised within 7 days
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Keep your wallet and contact information updated
- Use strong passwords and secure devices
Compliance Requirements
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respect the intellectual property rights of campaign partners
- Follow all campaign-specific instructions and requirements
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate any of these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Attempt to manipulate our systems
- Fail to complete campaigns as required
- Create multiple accounts or use fake information
Limitation of Liability
INRFlash is not liable for:
- Payment failures due to incorrect wallet information
- Campaign tracking failures beyond our control
- Losses due to user error or negligence
- Technical issues affecting campaign completion
- Changes in campaign requirements by partners
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be communicated through our Telegram channel and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
